As a sufferer of MS – a leading autoimmune disease – for 4 years, I spend a great deal of time researching different positive lifestyle techniques that will help boost the immune system as a key to integrative health for the future.

I am drug-free and am so in tune with my body that I can feel when a type of food or you know what – even a negative thought – makes me feel pain. I urge everyone to reconsider your diet and make a few key changes that just might make you feel – and actually be… a whole lot better, for longer.
